The Sixth Semi-Annual
Mister Bean Memorial 
A 3.4 mile race, organized by The North Medford Club. This is the second race of their Winter Racing Series, and is open to all runners. Entry fees: $5.00 for all non-members, $3.00 for NMC members who want a prize, no entry fee for NMC members who waive prize. All races with the exception of trail races include a race walk. No Preregistration, just show up at the pub on race day starting at 12:15pm. Note, the start of the race is .4 miles from the pub, so plan accordingly. 'Pot Luck' food post-race. Cash Bar! He was a Greyhound dog owned by Paul and Cynthia Curley, proprietors of The Grey Hound Pub, from 2000 until his death in March of 2007. He was a professional athlete in his youth, racing at a few greyhound tracks in West Virginia, before retiring at the age of two.
